I am in perpetual motion from when I wake to when I go to sleep during the work week. Anyone connected with me on twitter or Facebook should know that I am an insomniac.

I engage in various hobbies and activities ranging from fitness/nutrition, football, gardening, camping/hiking, cooking, investing, reading, as well as computers. I have a strong thirst for knowledge and am always learning and applying new skills. The wide array of hobbies reflects my broad range of skill sets and gives me outlets for the creative, technical, competitive, and active aspects of my personality.
